I AM 50 YEARS OF AGE I AND HAVE LITTLE MOLES ON MY FACE BUT THIS IS ESPECIALLY AT THE CORNER OF MY EYE LIDS THEY ITCH AND CAUSES MY EYE TO SWELL AND CAUSES MY SKIN AT THE CORNER OF MY EYE LIDS LIKE WRINKLES BEFORE THIS STARTED RASHES STARTED AROUND MY NECK

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be mole because mole does not cause the itching symptoms, if this itch then it could be something steroid responsive lesion, in my opinion better to get done the clinical examination without this correct diagnosis is not possible, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
