Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy painful red pimples on face which is mainly due to inflammatory acne lesions which occurs due to stress, hormonal changes, excessive production of sebum from sebaceous gland and many more causes. I would suggest you to take few medications such as tablet minocycline at day time and isotretinoin tablet at night time. Apply Clindamycin gel on face. Wash the face with antiseptic face wash rich in benzoic acid. Drink plenty of water. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Take antibiotics as well to subside infection. If pimples persists or doesn't improve in one month ,consult dermatologist once and start treatment.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
