Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. It is unclear with a little history and the link in query but the cause appears to be fungal infection.
Try using over the counter antifungal ointment for local application over the rash twice a day containing Clotrimazole 1% and also keep the area dry as moisture helps the fungus grow. If rash does not subside in a span of week with the antifungal kindly consult a dermatologist.
Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
