Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On Cheeks

I have a rash on my face..on both cheeks it s almost like two lines that are curved at the bottom. It s itchy and light red..seems to be moving down my face. My derm says its hives, my allergist disagrees but doesn t know what it is. I ve taken Prednisone, had a shot of steroids and am currently applying a steroid creme all of these worked initially but have not taken it away. I ve also taken Benadryl and Zyrtec with no improvement. I m at a loss..it s been there for months.
