A few years back (about 5 or years ago), I was deployed to Kyrgyzstan and came in contact with something that caused a server allergic reaction. I was treated for the flu while in country, because of the sneezing, and cough. I had some stiffness and low fever. When I returned home, those symptoms were still present, but I began to have itching, rash, whelp and swelling of my airway. I was treated for over 18 months before the reaction was stopped. Since that time, I sneeze numerous times every morning and if I do anything that causes sweat, I breakout in a rash in my under breast area and head which itches intensely. I have an EpiPen that I keep with me. With at background, my question is what can I do to reduce or control the rash and itching. With summer approaching I will have more sweating, as I live in the southeast.
