Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Armpit And Shoulder
I am having a really hard time with fatigue but have difficulty staying asleep, I have a family history of hypothyroidism. I am also an ultrasound tech and my gland is very heterogenous. I also have been skipping cycles trying to get pregnant. I had fertility testing 6 months ago and my labs were normal minus low FSH levels (PCOS syndrome). Is it possible it is Hashimoto s? I am 5 2 and only 130 pounds. I workout 5 days a week and eat pretty healthy.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy rashes on the armpit and shoulder which could be due to increased skin susceptibility of body getting infected and it is due to allergic reaction of body. Need not to worry. You should take diet rich in multivitamins. Till then apply topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate cream, twice daily at affected sites for 7- 10 days. Avoid touching or pricking rashes as it will exaggerate your situation. I would suggest you to visit dermatologist once and get it examined. You should go for patch test for allergic reaction. Start treatment after proper examination and diagnosis. Avoid intake of oily and fast food. You should not touch and prick them. Drink plenty of water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
