As per your query you have symptoms of itchy rashes on the back of the leg which occurs when there are hormonal changes, environmental factors, hair follicle infection and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum, dead skin and bacteria get infected.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you apply Adapalene gel once at night. Apply antibacterial ointment topically such as betnovate. Avoid oily and fried food and make use of a product containing benzoyl peroxide. Take Multivitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If the condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult a dermatologist. The doctor may prescribe antibiotics course.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
