Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Bumps On Lower Right Side Of Mouth

I have a rash of red bumps that are itchy on the right side of mouth and just below my chin. It started about 3 weeks ago and was much smaller, about 1 inch long and 1/2 wide. It has spread further out towards my cheek and chin. No new medications or soaps. I have tried topical alcohol, peroxide, witch hazel, Purpose facial soap, neosporin and antifungal cream and have not worn any make up. What is this rash and what do I need to do to make it go away?
