Suggest Treatment For Itchy, Red, Flaky Skin On Pubic Area

I recently started getting cracks on the inside of both labias so I started putting neosporin on them and it still hasn t helped. then I started getting red, dry, flaky skin on my pubic region. I usually shave every day so I started putting lotion on but it still hasn t helped. there s no way it can be an STD and I ve had problems with eczema on my arms in the past. it is terribly itching and stings when I wash with water. I need answers!

Hi,
As per your description,you might be having eczematization or tinea ( one type of fungus) infection etc.
You should take topical corticosteroid ( clobetasol or beclomethasome) with combination of antifungal( Miconazole or itraconazole) and oral antifungal with antihistamines.
We are not suppose to prescribe drugs here,so I have mentioned best possible gross treatment.
As far as STDs concernt,I don't think so it might be but one can say confirmed only after clinical examination.
You consult dermatologist for further advise.
