Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Rashes On The Shoulders, Neck And Upper Back
My daughter is turning 4 this week. Yesterday she had 93 deg. fever which went away. Today she red blotchy rash which welted around both shoulders, neck and upper back which was also itchy. Gave benadryl and applied calamine lotion. Began in am and went away and return in pm. What can it be?
