Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Scales On The Chin
My chin has turned red then itchy and gets hard and then dries into scales and peals off, some spots have tiny little blood spots. I am an extremely cleaner of myself and my home but I do work with horses but always wash up after contact with them. Also have a few dried spots under my nose. Oops, can t afford even this small amount as after bills I only have six dollars left at the end of the month!

Start with neosporin cream for local application and vitamin C tablets, but any signs of infection such as fever, local swelling and pus formation, do consider and consult with a doctor to check it up. As it is near the important triangle of mouth which may lead to serious complications. Take care.
