Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Spot On The Skin

bitten by insect approx 3 days ago. started off very concentrated red rectangle, redness has now lessened but area of redness has spread. incredibly itchy and skin/fleshy area feels extremely tough. small part of what i assume is blackened blood visible in the centre, beneath the skin. any ideas? (ps. it s super itchy!)

For itchy red spot on the skin you can take some antibiotic mostly cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for severe itching and redness. You can use betnovate-c cream or candid-b powder for local application. Maintain hygiene of the local part.
