Suggest Treatment For Itchy Scrotum
I get itching feeling in the scrotum area especially at bed time almostnearing sleep. Small dust like come out after scratching. Then it is ok. This condition is there for almost four years. Tried some medications as per dermatologist but after stopping the medication the problem reappears.

It may be intertrigo (inflammation of the body folds) along with a fungal infection.
The use of a mild topical steroid for a few days would help. You may also want to consider prolonged use of a topical antifungal as well.
