Try following:
1. Tab Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks
2. Clotrin Lotion two times a day for 4 weeks
3. Tab Cetrizine once a day for 10 days
4. Personal Hygiene
5. Wash all garments, dry them under sunlight and press them from inside out
6. follow up after 1 month. Average cost of entire treatment would be 250/-
