I have severe skin itch around my right forearm and first I thought it was a Poison Ivy. But I play golf last Thursday and started to get the skin rash on Monday. This morning I see some red itch spots around my chest area (about dozen) and there are small white circles around them in various sizes with largest being size of a quarter, What could this be? Lyme disease or?
