Suggest Treatment For Itchy Testicles And Bump On Anus

Hello doctor. I ve noticed just one small slightly reddish but on one side of my meatus. It doesn t really hurt or anything but last week I did have extremely itchy testicules and today I woke up with a sore throat (I did take a lot of alcoholic shots last night so that could be why). Is it possible I have an std if there s no pain and there s only one small bump ?

Hi,

Noted your history about three things; small lump near meatus, itchy scrotum and sore throat most probably due to lots of alcohol.
To discuss the points one by one.
If you have had any unprotected sex in past can cause STD and the lump near meatus can be one of the thing.
Consult a Dermatologist in this case as he a Venereologist too for clinical evaluation and tests of blood for STD panel if you have history of unprotected sex.
The Itchy scrotum can be due to many a reasons including scabies being a STD, allergic dermatitis due to retained soap in underwear, seborrhoic dermatitis and so on. Your Dermatologist will also have a proper diagnosis and thus have proper management.
Alcohol increases all such problems including sore throat that you correctly may be suspecting due to excessive alcohol or eating something out and so on.
Consult your Doctor to get examined, investigated for throat swab and blood tests if advised so and gt a proper management of all the problems altogether.
