To Recapitulate : Young male of 26 - itching 2 years - scrotum - at nights - took all sorts of treatments allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvediv - no relief - no sleep . I would advise you the following.: First of all, stop all the treatments. Let the clinical picture be clear and not altered. Then consult a Dermatologist and no one else. The possibility is as follows: Since all the treatment has failed , there is a chance of Scabies being missed.
