Suggest Treatment For Itermittent Red And Bloodshot Eyes, Headaches And Ringing Ears

My husbands left eye is red, bloodshot at times. Its been going on intermittently for a year. It is very red, an painful, and has headaches when its inflamed, now his left ear is ringing. We have been to to opthamologist, and he says its enviromental conjunctivitis, an gives him drops. They are not working, and the doctor just has this "its you again" attitude, and gives us the same steroid and antibiotic drops. In the meantime, my husbands eye is unsightly red, Which is very bad if you have to work around people and present yourself, not including the pain and discomfort.

it appears to be allergic conjunctivitis. only thing is there is no itching. and pain is suggestive of inflammatory or autoimmune dis order. head ache ringing in ear suggest migraine. since he is using steroid then allergic conjunctivitis should have responded quickly. take measurement of IOT. or it can be iridocyclitis. ciliary congestion is to be examined. what is vision status. you have to take second opinion. your management is not in-right direction.
