Suggest Treatment For Jock Itch

Hello, I have itching in groin area(i think it is called jock itch). Please advise me how to get rid of this. It is from last 2 weeks i am irritating by this itching. I am thinking to buy and apply itch guard cream. Is this ok or not? I want get rid of this fast. I am from india.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fungal infection then it needs to be managed with anti-fungal medicine and it can be added with steroid too and the best medicine would be "Miconazole cream" with Beclomethasone" hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
