Suggest Treatment For Jock Itch

I am finding out by researching , that what I have may be jock itch. I am 46 yr old female. This started about 2 yrs ago. My dr prescribed nystatin and triamcinalone. It doesn t seem to help much with the itching. It s getting worse and is now on both sides of my inner thighs and underwear line. I am miserable. What would you suggest for treatment

Fungal infection is common in that areas.Better to keep that area clean and dry.Prolonged fungal infection and repeat infection suggest Diabetes. Check for blood sugar levels. Sprinkle Absorb powder over there.Apply same ointment in night.If not getting better consult ur Dermatologist.Hope it may help u.
