Hi sir culd u plz tell me how can i ged rid off jock itch.. it is very painfull. I tried almost all ointments like lolizol fourderm panderm terbinaforce creams even home remedies ki tried like apple cider veneger but no effect. Only terbinaforce plus cream is much helpful but it got banned now.. plz plz plz help :(
In meantime, you must keep the area dry and clean, as moisture aids the fungal growth. Avoid using vinegar over the affected area as it will cause further irritation.
