Suggest Treatment For Jock Itch

I am 23 female and I have been suffering from jock itch for more than a month now. I visited a doctor and took the medications prescribed. At first the infection reduced, but now it s back again and it s getting worse. How do I avoid it getting worse and spreading? Also can you suggest me any creams that are effective.

I understand your concern
Fungal infection require 6-8 week treatment
It has tendency to recurrence.
I would suggest to consult the dermatologist for examination and take proper prescribed medicine
Tablet terfinadine
Application of clotrimazole ointment
Keep the area clean and dry, Avoid sweats in affected area, wear pure cotton loose clothes
Drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet.
Maintain proper hygiene and change clothes after workout
