Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain Due To Arthritis

I have RA and i am in constant pain. The medications i have been on over the past 8 yrs. would help for about 6 months at time then stop working. I have also had several joint injections in the knees, shoulders, and thumbs. They help for maybe 3 month if i am lucky. I need help finding something that will work for my pain and slow down my RA.. Or is RA what i really have?

Hi
To confirm whether you have RA,it needs detail clinical and blood work. Regarding infection it could well be due to drugs side effect/Diabetes?
To control RA beside DMARDs you can have new group of drugs like etarnceptin (biopharmaceutical).
Please visit rheumatologist.
Take care
