Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello I just have a question about a Jones Fracture. I had gotten my Jones fracture on September 23 2013 while running in the dark, I had fallen and immediately felt pain. I hadn't gone to the doctors till the next morning. I was there for a while and they put me in a cast for about 4-5 weeks then a walking boot for 7 weeks. I had broken my foot once before in the same location. I am still feeling a small amount of pain during everyday activities. I am a volleyball player so I am using my feet a lot , when I am done with a game or tournament I feel a lot of pain. I would rate it as a 6 on a pain scale. Do you have any advice on what I should do?
