Hi
Thanks for positng your query on HCM.
I have read and understood your concern.
More information will be needed to know what may exactly be the causs of your pain.Your age, your profession.
Jumpers knee is a possible cause.Other possible causes may include: knee osteoarthritis, stress/strain, arthritis, tendinitis....
I will advise you try the following:
-A pain/anti-inflammatory drug like aceclofenac
-A myorelaxant like miorel
-Local pain gel like voltaren gel for massage
If symptoms persist, you see the Doctor for examination and other treatment options.Hope this will help.
Yo may write back if more concerns
Best regards
