Suggest Treatment For Keriticonus And Sinusitis

I have keriticonus, very severe in right eye and I get really bad sinusitus, I had rhinplasty and septoplasty done few years ago. No one seems to be able to do anymore to help me, I can't concerntrate on what I'm saying half the time as there is no relief, Im wondering if there is pressure building on sinus from keriticonus.
