see my condition is really down .. i am a kidney , daibetes ,& bp paitient . my sugar and bp are in control now but my kidney s condition is very bad. and doctors had told me that there are only 20% chances to save my kidney and he also told me that if i cant save them then they have to do kidney transplant plzz help me if you can plzz
