Calcium first deposit as sand like particles called concretions later the merge together to form stones. Most common cause of calcium stone is dehydration along with hereditary predisposition. Increase your water intake, drink cranberry juice and avoid calcium containing food like tomato, milk products, spinach etc. (You can find whole list on internet). Once harmfully large stones need to be removed by surgical methods like lazer therapy.
