Hello,

As the knee cap was dislocated there will be muscle trauma. You need to wait for the healing to occur for which stabilize the joint in immobilization for 3-4 weeks of time minimum.

Do hot water fermentation which will release the spasm. Then static Hamstring static Quadriceps exercise for the muscle strengthening.

After 6-8 weeks of time when pain is totally down and dislocation is corrected then do try balance board training. This will help stabilize the joint and correct the Imbalance in muscles to avoid reoccurrence.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
