Suggest Treatment For Knee Injury

I m a 51yr old women. Years ago I fell very hard onto cement and hurt my knees, never went to the DR. for it. Then a year ago I hurt my lumbar at work and ever since then I m not the same. MY upper legs tighten very badly when I lay down and I can not straighten my legs out. Then when I stand MY knees will not get straight and I huched over. Can you help me please DR.

you have injured your lumbar vertebrae that is causing you these symptoms
you need to get and ray done of your lumbar spine
were lumbar belt till then
avoid bending movements.
