Hello My name is Cameron Groulx and I was playing hockey and during my game I was skating backwards and I caught an edge and fell on my leg. I stood up and could not put any weight on my knee at all and the pain was horrible when I would try and make it straight. I then figured out when I grab my leg and bend it to the right the pain goes away. Then when I bend my leg to the left it pops out of place and the pain comes back and I can not walk or make it straight. Please tell me what this knee injury could be and how I can fix it thank you.
