Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain After Injury

Hi I am a 29 year old female weigh 11 stone am 5 9 I remember hurting my knee doing an activity I sort of twisted it but not really that bad, I didn t ink it was bad at all at first I heard a click, but then the pain went away it was just very uncomfortable, I woke up the next day in a lot of pain, now its been like this for three days, nut the pain is also now in my ankle and foot, any ideas what his could be? most of the leg (right) is warm knee swollen a little bit too but is very warm and tingling sensations

Hi,

This probably indicates injury to ligament of knee joint. Pain down the ankle and foot is referred pain. Kindly see an orthopedist, as this will need immobilisation of the joint for few days to promote healing. Meanwhile you can take ibuprofen tablets 3 times a day for pain, and minimise movements of the limb.
