Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain And Stiffness In Legs, Hips And Ankles
Hi I have severe knee pain and am stiff all over my legs, hips ankles and general stiffness and pain in my legs and body when I walk.....Especially if I have been working flat out, taking less water than normal then have a can or 2 of coke over say 2 hours.....the pain and stiffiness is unreal.
As you have the whole lower limb pain I will say this must be DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) take hot water bath and keeping the lower limbs elevated over a pillow and take some pain killers if prescribed by the physician.
Also try to consume more water then soft drinks. As soft drinks aren't good for the human body. Once the pain is lowered then try slow low-intensity stretching and free exercises.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
