Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain Due To An Injury

Fell with full weight on both knees & hands on concrete. The Right knee is the worst, & cannot put weight on it without extreme pain. Cannot bend it to go up & down stairs with extreme pain. Also, feels unstable if any rotation of lower leg or foot.

Hello,

As you had a fall on the concrete I suspect this to be a ligament sprain. You can use icing to relive the pain is aren't diabetic and also knee brace. But MRI is advised for safety. Once pain comes down you can start static Quadriceps and static hamstring. You should do well in 2-3 weeks of time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
