i am santhi and my age is 42 now, my right leg knee is so painful since last 8 years. And i am having joint pain in my both hands. I cannot fold my right leg due to having pain. i am taking medicines as per my doctor s instructions. kindly tell me the best way to relieve from this pain. Regards. G.Santhi

The pain in joints is likely related to autoimmune cause. Although to confirm that, it is advisable to consult a rheumatologist. Physical examination is needed to see whether the joints are inflamed or not.

Along with that, the doctor might suggest few diagnostic blood test and might ask you to get the X-ray of the involved joints get done for better understanding. Also, depending on your medical history and overall health, appropriate pain relieving drugs will be prescribed by the doctor.
