Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi. I was involved in 2 head on collisions in an 8 month period. Both times I was in the front seat. My knees took most the impact. I had 2 months of physical therapy on them. Its now a year later and I m still experiencing pain in my knees. When I squat, even just slightly, I can hear and feel a loud crackling, squishy noise. The pain isn t extreme, but there is pain. Is there anything I can do to relieve this. I like to exercise and its stopping from doing so. Thanks.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern as I keep saying that knee joint is very fragile one and highly vulnerable to injury, in my opinion if is the knee injury then this need to be investigated and the best is the MRI test this could clear the doubt mean while this can be treated with the Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, take care and have a nice day.
