Suggest Treatment For Knot On Collar Bone

I am 59 and I just found a small knot on my collar bone it is a little sore and it moves.My weight is 150 . I have never had anyrhing likethis before,my medical condition is ok I have high blood pressure that I am being treated for. At age 35 I had complete hysterecomy. In 2001 I had a polyp removed and it had cancer cell in it that was removed from colon,nothing since then. should I be worried.

It could be a bony spur.

However, better to consult a physician and plan for a fine needle biopsy to rule out possible causes like bony metastasis.
