Suggest Treatment For Knot On Top Of The Head And Headaches

I have had a knot on the top of my head for some time now and in the past month have noticed I am getting headaches more often and my vision gets blurry as well as some dizziness. The knot is tender to touch but has not gotten any bigger than when I first noticed it. What could it be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
The knot on the head may be a sebaceous cyst. It can be removed by a physician. It may or may not be related to the headaches. Headaches with blurry vision could be coming from the eyes or from the brain. It is best to see a doctor to try and find the cause.
