Suggest Treatment For Labyrinthitis And Positional Vertigo
I have been feeling dizzy, fatigue and blurred vision for 2 weeks. I was treated by an ent and after an MRI of my brain to rule out stroke, tumor and MS, I was diagnosed with labrynthitius and positional vertigo. Upon returning to work (a school) I was notified that there had been a carbon monoxide leak. I had my doctor test my blood and it came back with elevated levels 2.8 I am still experiencing the dizziness, fatigue and blurred vision, should I see a neurologist?
As a first line management, you can try drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
