Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Appetite And Fever In A Child
Hi, my son was recently sick with a temperature of 100-102.9 for a couple of days. During those days he didnt have an appetite and only would drink juice.Yesterday he started showing interest in his baby food. Today i noticed that his stomach is hard. He also has a history of VSD so im very cautious when he gets sick.

The ventricular septal defect doesn't cause hard abdomen and pain. It could be gastric infection causing lack of appetite and fever. You can plan ultrasound of abdomen after consulting him to pediatrician. Give him soft and bland diet.
