Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Lubrication During Intercourse

Hi! I have recently started getting sexual. I have a few problems: 1. I don t get wet. 2. The vagina is moist initially, but as it is exposed to air and foreplay increases, I gets drier. 3. I don t feel desperate for him to insert. There s an initial rush for a minute, but it dies out very very quickly. What should I do? I am very scared.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to vaginal dryness.
Take following advises:
Spend more time in the foreplay before the sex.
Apply vaginal moisturizing agents like vagisil after bathing
Use water based lubricant (K-Y gel) before intimation
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene,
Avoid stress and anxiety during the sex and enjoy the sex
Avoid perfumed soap, cosmetics, dyes and perfumes
Drink plenty of water, do regular exercise, take healthy diet.
If problem persists then other causes like vaginal infection, hormonal imbalance should be ruled out by consulting the gynecologist
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
