Suggest Treatment For Large Cyst At C7

Hi i have a very large cyst at c7, on a cross section of the mri it is nearly as large as my spinal column, is this dangerous, yes from time to time i have numbness in both my hands but i do also have disk pressing on my spinal cord in the cervical area, is this cyst dangerous, i understand from reading they are filled with cfs, how are they so sure of this without testing? what causes them? what if it ruptures, and what kind of dr should i see

I will suggest that you see a neurosurgeon for this. With the cyst causing neurological symptoms, it would be best to evaluate it and consider decompression as doing nothing would lead to neurological damage. CSF is the fluid found in the spinal canal and most likely to fill any surrounding cyst than any other fluid.
