Suggest Treatment For Large Cyst On Left Ovary And Endometriosis

im 47 yr old, diabetic for last 5 yrs. Last June 2014 had a lap done with no significant diagnosis. Again in Oct 2014 another lap done to suction a large endometrioma 10 x8x 7. Extnsive endometriosis seen and the left ovary attached to intestines. Lupron depot shots for 3 months and then Mirena IUD. Again now in March 2015, a large cyst on the left ovary 9x6x4 seen. What should be done?
