Suggest Treatment For Large Lump, Bruise And Swelling On Calf
I found a large bruise and swelling on my calf. It was the size of a golf ball and no apparent reason. The swelling stayed for 2 weeks and now I feel a couple hard lumps under the skin. Bruising is gone but swelling is still there. Not as large as initially but still swollen. What could it be?

Usually such swellings with overlying bruise suggests a contusion, that can happen following a trauma or hit over there. As the swelling is coming down, we need not worry much now. In case the swelling increases again, the area become hot/tender to touch, kindly see your doctor, as this might suggest a secondary infection needing antibiotic treatment.
