Suggest Treatment For Large Ovarian Endometriomas

Hello,

Here is my story. I went to the doctor since I was not able to conceive after trying for 8 months without success. Then I started having sharp pain in the lower abdomen where my ovary is. After an ultrasound they found two large endometriomas on both ovaries. There was no other option than a surgical removal. The surgery lasted for 5 and half hours if not more, since the endometriomas stuck everything together, intestines and formed a conglomerates. They were able to remove the adhesions and open the right fallopian tube, but the left one was still in some and the tube is a little damaged (spiraled) as the surgeon told me. Why on Earth did she keep it if it anytime could result in an ectopic pregnancy... Anyway, the right tube is open as she said. it was on May 5, 2009. After the surgery I was put on Zoladex injections for 4 months and then after stopping it 11 weeks later my period came back. Now my major problem is follicular cysts. My follicles seem to be growing and not rupturing, I was about to head to IUI but they firstly wanted to look at my follicles. So I was now put on Birth Control pills for two months. They checked my FSH, LH, estradiol all was normal. After the two months the follicular cysts were gone, but now on the left side there is a cyst which was 34mm and now after in a week it became almost 58mm. We were about to start the IUI next cycle as soon as I had mature follicles on the right side, but now I am concerned about the cyst. Also, my period started on CD 12, this is my first month off the BCP, the doctor said my uterine cavity is filled with blood and the blood I am seeing on my pad is light pinkish and my uterus is swelled 15,5mm, she said if she was not experienced she would say that this is a pregnancy. but the uterine lining was 8.5mm on friday and 3mm on Monday I started bleeding yesterday. Could you please advice me what to do next? My doc said maybe after the period the cyst probably will go away, but what if it is a endometrioma cyst? Please advice what to do nexr...Thanks a alot
