Suggest Treatment For Large Ulcers On Arm, Leg And Epigastric Region

Hi, our daughter 19 year old daughter traveled 3 times to Belieze and her last trip she came home with 3 ulcers that looked like a volcano (1 on her arm, 1 on her left leg with a scab, and 1 located in her mid Left epigastric area). Our local dermatologist never sent pathology on the ulcers. Approx. 3 months from her last trip she began with pain that radiated around her mid section, nausea and vomiting. She has lived with a cycle of dehydration and multiple hospital visits which results in a gastric stimulator. After 4 weeks of having the stimulator in place she lost 30 pounds that then resulted in a G/J tube for nourishment. Does her symptoms sound like a parasite or just a 19 year old who s stomach stopped working?
