Suggest Treatment For Late Stage Alzheimer's Disease

My mother is 89 yrs. old and is suffering with late stage Alzheimer's. Her recent worsening condition presents itself with delusions, hallucinations, trouble putting a sentence or thought together. I think she forgets it before she can speak it. Are there online geriatric psychiatrists who can prescribe medicines? She has seen two in the last year, who were both there on a temporary basis. Now the second one is leaving, and we have no-one to see her at her residence. She is in need of an educated experienced Psychiatrist who can continue care until she dies.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, Alzheimer's disease is more or less genetically constituted and this is geriatric problem, looking to the age of patient nothing much can be done, because treating this condition may cause sedation and this would be little harmful, so better try to manage this with giving her full moral support, be patience while be with her, no need to treat this condition, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
