Hello, I am 60 yrs old , had my first cild at age 21; delivered vaginally , episiotomy in volved. Now, years later whenever I have a bowel movements There appears to be feces coming from a small opening close to my vagina. I do not know what name to give to this defect. My primary care physician just told me to continue cleaning myself well to prevent infections. Please help me. Thank you.
