Suggest Treatment For Left Arm Numbness And Feeling Of Swelling In Hand
left arm is numb, hand feels like it is swollen but is not. Legs are rubbery, difficulty walking. Recently stopped taking cymbalta and clonapin. Have torn rotator cuff and cabbage. Feel fine otherwise, no vision problems, face is symmetrical. Should I go to the er?

Well you said you had rotator cuff injury , was this on the same side , that is on the left . This is important because if the rotator cuff injury is not taken care properly then it may cause shoulder movement restriction and in turn may lead to nerve compression causing the numbness.
Apart from this the other possibility is Nerve compression at the level of neck. This compression leads to numbness/pain in the back of neck , arm, hand and chest.
In this regard I would recommend you to get MRICervical spine scan done and revert back with reports.
Also do slow rotatory movements of neck , clockwise and anti clockwise daily. Avoid prolonged flexion of neck.
