Suggest Treatment For Left Quadrant Pain In A Person With Diverticulitis

I have a history of diverticulitis. Sunday I ate some popcorn, maybe only 2 handfuls but I woke up with left lower quadrant pain this am. I don t feel well. Kind of chilled, not much appetite, just not like myself. I took 500 mg of Citroen and need to know if I should take it every 12 hrs or just once a day. I weigh #200.
